Manual (for 4 people):
Marinate 300g meat / fish with 5 tablespoons (65g) Maggi sauce with fresh spices (onion, garlic, pepper or galangal, …) in 10 minutes.
Fried meat / fish to marinate.
Add 1/2 cup water and the remaining marinade sauce in the plate on the stock until the consistency of water.
It will taste better if you add the garlic & onion.
