Topical antiseptic on mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. Symptomatic relief of cough, sore throat, pharyngitis, hoarseness.

Blister of 10 lozenges. Box of 50 blisters.

Composition

Eucalyptol ………………………………………….0.5mg
Excipients s.q. for …………………………..1 lozenge
(Sucrose, Carboxymethylcellulose sodium, Talc, Povidone, Magnesium stearate, Ethanol 96%).

Actions

PASTITUSSIN is a fixed– combination of two active ingredients:
– Menthol: a topical antiseptic with antitussive and local analgesic.
– Eucalyptol: an antiseptic.

Contra-Indications

– Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of PASTITUSSIN.
– Children under 30 months.

Side effect

PASTITUSSIN has not any side– effects at the recommended dose.
Inform your doctor about side– effects when using this medicine.

Precaution

In patients with diabetic because each lozenge contains 0.75g of sugar.

– None known.

OVERDOSAGE:
Should overdosage occur, turn to the nearest healthcare facility for medical attention of the healthcare professionals.

36 months from the manufacturing date.

Storage

Store in a dry place (RH ≤ 70%), not exceeding 30^oC. Protect from light.

Dosage

Should be dissolved slowly in mouth (do not crunch or swallow).
– Adults: 10 – 15 lozenges/day.
– Children: 3 – 8 lozenges/day.
