Indications
Cough suppressant and expectorant in following conditions: acute and chronic bronchitis, chronic respiratory insufficiency, rhinitis, influenzal syndrome, asthma. Acute and chronic coughs.

Blister of 20 film– coated tablets. Box of 2 blisters.

(Lactose, Pregelatinized starch, Sodium starch glycolate, Sucrose, Magnesium stearate, Colloidal silicon dioxide, Hypromellose, Titanium dioxide, Polyethylene glycol 6000, Polysorbate 80, Talc, Sodium citrate, Citric acid, Erythrosine, Ethanol 96%).
Actions
– Mucolytic and expectorant with respect to the physiology of the mucus, Eprazinone binds to receptor sites of the mucins taking the place of inflammatory proteins.
– Induces eupnea due to its bronchial antispasmodic actions.
Contra-Indications
– History of convulsion.
– Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the medicine.
Side effect
– Digestive dysfunction may occur such as: stomachache, nausea, diarrhea,…
– Rarely: skin allergy reactions, headache, drowsiness, dizziness.
Inform your doctor about side– effects when using this medicine.
Precaution
– Consider specific therapy for such conditions:
+ Thick expectorate with pus or fever.
+ Lung disease or chronic bronchitis.
– Drivers or operators of machinery.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION:
– This medicine should be used during pregnancy only when clearly needed.
– Avoid using this medicine for nursing mothers.
Interaction
Do not take concomitantly with other antitussive and expectorant agents.
OVERDOSAGE:
Risk of convulsion. In case of overdosage, management is mainly symptomatic and supportive.
Shelf life
36 months from the manufacturing date.
Storage
Store in a dry place (RH ≤ 70%), not exceeding 30oC. Protect from light.
Dosage
Adults: 3 – 6 tablets/day in 3 divided doses.
Therapy course should not exceed 5 days unless prescription by your doctor.
