Indications
It is used as antiseptic and pain– reliever in bacterial infections of the mouth and throat such as sore throat, amygdalitis, stomatitis, periodontitis; before and after intervention in mouth and throat as tonsilectomy and tooth extraction.

(Menthol, Sucrose, Povidone, Ethanol 96%, Magnesium stearate).
Actions
– Tyrothricin is an antibiotic which belongs to polypeptide group and is used as topical antimicrobial agent. Tyrothricin is effective against microbial Gram (+) cocci and bacilli, some Gram (– ) cocci.
– Tetracaine eliminates the pains due to its local anaesthetic effect.
Contra-Indications
– Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the medicine.
– Children under 3 years.
Side effect
– Allergic reactions to Tetracaine.
– High doses or prolonged treatment with this medicine may lead to systemic intoxication.
Inform your doctor about side– effects when using this medicine.
Precaution
– In patients with diabetic because each lozenge contains 0.94g sugar.
– The treatment should not exceed 10 days.
– Pregnancy and lactation.
Interaction
– There is not any report of interaction with other drugs.
In order to avoid possible interaction, inform your doctor or pharmacist about drug you are taking.
OVERDOSAGE:
Should overdosage occur, turn to the nearest healthcare facility for medical attention of the healthcare professionals.

36 months from the manufacturing date.
Storage
Store in a dry place (RH ≤ 70%), not exceeding 30oC. Protect from light.
Dosage
– The lozenge should be dissolved slowly in the mouth, do not crunch or swallow.
– Avoid taking of the drug before eating, drinking.
+ Adults: 8 – 10 lozenges daily, the interval between administrations is about 1 hour.
+ Children from 6 to 15 years: 4 – 8 lozenges daily, the interval between administrations is about 2 hours.
